The window

You can ask for a refund within [OWNER: refund window — e.g. 14 days] of your purchase.

What is covered

CloudPuppy is a one-time purchase of $59 that includes every 1.x update. If it isn't right for you, ask within the window above and we'll refund the purchase price.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it takes to appear.

How to ask

Email support@bim-bam.xyz with the subject “Refund request” and the email address you bought with. We'll confirm and process it, and your license key stops working once the refund is issued.

After the window

After the refund window we don't normally refund purchases. If something is broken and we can't fix it, email us anyway — we'll look at it. [OWNER: confirm the policy for refunds after the window]
