Common fixes
Screen Recording permission
CloudPuppy needs permission to read the screen. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, turn CloudPuppy on, then quit and reopen the app.
Accessibility permission
CloudPuppy needs Accessibility access to put answers where you need them. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility, turn CloudPuppy on, then quit and reopen the app.
The key didn't arrive
Check the spam or promotions folder for an email from licenses@bim-bam.xyz. If it isn't there, use the form above to resend it, or email support@bim-bam.xyz from the address you bought with.
