Terms of use

1. Your license

• One license per person. A license is for a single person.
• Use it on your own Macs. You may install and use CloudPuppy on Macs that you own or control.
• No resale. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise transfer the license or the app to anyone else.
• Every 1.x update included. Your purchase includes all 1.x updates. Future major versions may be priced separately.

2. What you need

CloudPuppy requires macOS 15.6 or later and a compatible AI service that you choose and have access to. Your use of that AI service is governed by its own terms.

3. Acceptable use

Use CloudPuppy only where you are allowed to. You are responsible for following the rules of any interview, class, meeting or platform you use it in, and for any laws that apply to you.

4. Updates and support

We may release updates and may change or discontinue features in future versions. Support is available at support@bim-bam.xyz.

5. Warranty disclaimer

CloudPuppy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that answers will be correct or suitable for your situation. You use it at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of CloudPuppy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER: governing law — e.g. the country/state whose law applies], and any dispute will be handled in [OWNER: courts or venue, if you want to name one].

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date above.
